Shipping times begin after your order has been dispatched. Delivery may vary depending on your location.

If we notice an issue with your address, our team will email you within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled.

Need to update your order? Contact us at support@cozeecover.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best, but changes can’t be guaranteed once processing begins.
Delayed Delivery
We know how important it is to receive your cover on time. While we do everything possible to ship quickly, some delays are outside our control (extreme weather, customs checks, courier issues). If a delay occurs, we’ll keep you updated and work with the carrier to resolve it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is with the courier, it’s no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen:
