At Cozeecover, our mission is to bring comfort, protection, and peace of mind to every home. We stand behind the quality of our chenille covers and want you to feel confident when choosing us to protect your sofa.


Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No worries. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel or update it before it begins processing.

  • Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund, processed within 7 business days.

  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may already be in production or on its way.


60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We believe it takes time to truly experience the comfort and durability of Cozeecover. That’s why we ask you to give your cover at least 14 days of use before requesting a refund.

If you’re still not satisfied, you may request a refund anytime between day 14 and day 60 from your purchase date.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To start a refund request, simply:

  1. Fill out the form on our Contact Us page, or

  2. Email us at support@cozeecover.com with your Order Number or the Name and Email used at checkout.


Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package each order, but if your cover arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Send us an email at support@cozeecover.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damage

  • A short description of the issue

If eligible, we’ll send you a free replacement right away.

Please note:

  • Packaging damage (like scuffed boxes) does not qualify if the product itself is unharmed.

  • We cannot replace or refund damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship quickly and reliably, but once an order is with the courier, delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Cozeecover is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Incorrect tracking or delivery errors caused by the courier

If your package is missing or delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • If you spot an error, contact us within 24 hours so we can correct it.

  • After that window, we cannot guarantee changes, resends, or refunds for orders sent to the wrong address.
